Multiple files need to create summary sheet

I need a macro or VBA to pull data from multiple excel files (all with same format and in the same folder) in order to create a summary file of that data, also once the data has been summarized, I need that file to do a "Save As" then clear data. Can this been done? HELP!!!!:confused:
