The problem with your post linking to Google, is it doesn't show your formulas.

Try downloading one or the other links on How to Show Your Sheet in my signature. This way we can see all that is on it.

Also state what version of Excel you are using.

Nalani has kindly replied but when I link to the sheet I can see the formulas thus can everyone else.(I am using version 2003).

Can everyone see the formulas in the link?

I am unsure what Nalani is talking about in relation to my signature and I dont know of any other way to attach a sheet.

Any help in solving my formula problem would be much appreciated as it is quite pressing. Thanks in advance.
