Our agency has some squirrley ADA-compliance rules that all of our forms have to follow, and I'm left trying to make our forms useful & compliant, usually without any tech support so hopefully you can help. & hopefully I can explain in a way that is understandable.
We have a form that has the following rows:
1: Company Logo (must be in row 1)
2: Form Title
3 & 4: Member info (title is in row 3, they enter in row 4)
5 & 6: Address info (titles are in row 5, they enter in row 6)
7: Instructions
8-30: Service Info (titles are in row 8, they enter in remaining rows)
31: Summary Totals (adds up the column totals for rows 8-30)
Page 1 has rows 1-17, page 2 has rows 18-30, page 3 has rows 31+
At the top of each page we have to have rows 3&4. (I know how to do that)
At the top of page 2, we need row 8. Put another way, row 8 has to print at the top of every page that contains rows 8-30.
I know how to make a series of rows repeat, but in this case we need rows 3, 4, 7 & 8, & I keep getting a message that says you can't have multiple groups of rows.
In Word, you can set the table properties to repeat the first row each time the table breaks to a new page. Can you do the same thing in Excel?
I can send the file if needed, or try to explain better if you can't understand what I'm talking about.
