Multiple Rows delete

whenever I delete one row in sheet1 it will simutaneously delete all the related rows in sheet2 which are made with reference to the particular row in sheet1. How is it possible with the help of vba code or anything alse?

Are you deleting it within a Macro or anything?

if you are just right clicking it sounds like you have the Sheet 2 etc highlighted also and thsu whatever you do to sheet 1 will be done on sheet 2 also including deleting.

How is the reference coded?

E.g. What columns/cells contain the reference?
How should the matching process be done? Exact reference/ case sensitive etc?

you have precisely guessed intention concerning deletion of rows of another sheet with reference to other sheet by way of highlighting also. whatever I do in a particular cell it will affect the referred to rows in another sheet.

Ah think I had it slightly wrong

So if you were to delete row 1 on Sheet 1, it would delete row 2 on Sheet 2 as well?

If thats right you can (hopefully) do it without VBA Code. As m.k.johnson says select the first sheet and while holding Shift/Ctrl select the second sheet. This selects both sheets as a group.

Now that both are selected anything you do on one should be mirrored on the other. So deleting rows should delete the corresponding rows on the other?
To get back out of this just select a different sheet and the group should disappear.

Ledger and Forms

All the rows in sheet ledger & forms are related to the row in sheet1.since the matter has been closed and it is of no use the row in sheet1 is to be deleted by right clicking on it and all rows in sheet ledger&forms will simultaneously be highlighted and deleted. the rows in sheet
