Hi all,

Here's something that's stumping me:

I have a list of names if one column, H.
In column 'I' are numbers, 0-9.
in column 'J' are numbers, 0-9

<table x:str="" style="border-collapse: collapse; width: 132pt;" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="176"><col style="width: 64pt;" width="85"> <col style="width: 35pt;" width="47"> <col style="width: 33pt;" width="44"> <tbody><tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt; width: 64pt;" height="17" width="85">PBUSE</td> <td class="xl66" style="width: 35pt;" x:num="" width="47">1
</td> <td class="xl66" style="width: 33pt;" width="44">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SAMS-E</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">3
</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SAAS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">3
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">2
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">ULLS-A</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SAAS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">2
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl65" style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17">SARSS</td> <td class="xl66" x:num="">1</td> <td class="xl66">
</td> </tr> </tbody></table>

How would I total the entries in both column I and J based on a selected name from column H?

For example, I would want the fomula to tally all numbers in column I and J based on the criteria "SAAS", which would give me 7.

Any help would be appreciated!

tim
