multiply cell by thee values plus a variable value

Hi All, thanks for taking a look, I have one I'm struggling with but for some reason think I've used something similar in the past but can not find now. Basically we have different commission rates dependant on the value for example 0-1,000,000 at 1.5%, 1,000,001-2,000,000 at 1%, 2,000,001-10,000,000 at .5% and >10,000,001 at a variable rate. I would like to have a formula that shows the total commission in one cell<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

A1 = amount, B1 to = commission, and C1 to will have the variable amount when A1 exceeds 10,000,000
