I am multiplying one cell (called Quantity) by second cell (Price each) to get Total (the formula cell). If "Price each" cell is blank, the "Total" cell is the "Price each",not zero. In another word, the blank cell should be zero, not one.

If blank, I want the cell value to be "0" not "1".

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
For the function Product it ignores empty cells. So I would use something like:

=D28*E28

and not product. This is an excerpt fropm Excel help:

Remarks
  • Arguments that are numbers, logical values, or text representations of numbers are counted; arguments that are error values or text that cannot be translated into numbers cause errors.
  • If an argument is an array or reference, only numbers in the array or reference are counted. Empty cells, logical values, text, or error values in the array or reference are ignored.
Hope that helps.
