Hello

I just wonder if anyone know why my macros run much slower if I have another macro-workbook open? Are there anything in my codes that should affect each other? My workbooks are build at the same basic codes, but all procedures have unique name.

Kind regards
Espen

If the other workbooks have a lot of formulas in them and your code does not set calculation to manual at the outset, depending on exactly what the code does, it may be causing the slowdown.

Thanks Joe, I'll take a look at the codes, and maybe I can turn of the automatic calculation in the workbook.

Kind regards

Whatever the calculation setting, it applies to ALL open workbooks. Not possible to turn off individual workbooks, but at the end of the code you can turn it back on.
