Hiya Again,

I have a number of linked sheets over the network. From time to time I get cells returning ?name#, to fix this all I have to do is open the source file.

Why do I get this?

Cheers

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

Do you use named ranges in your formulas - could be that at a guess
