NE Printer Numbers in Excel Marcos

Is ther anyway to avoid of bypassing using NE numbers to identify printers in excel marcos. Our workstations are constanly changing and there are multiple users so there NE numbers are always different from what in the macro at this point it is easier just to priunter it out is there any way to workaround the issue? Thanks for the help.
