Need a conversion formula

Thanks for having me. The attached pic shows a very simple spreadsheet.

Column A I enter a whole number, eg 580
Column C is the hours it takes to to complete 580 parcels. The factor is 290 per hour and column E needs to be hours required to complete those parcels in column C (in hundredths) with two decimal places. In this example 580 parcels would take 2 hours. If it required 2 hours and 15 minutes, the number in column E would be 2.25 converted to hundredths with two decimal places.

As you can see column E has a bad formula.

Column E 35 would be the total of all of E in hundredths with two decimal places.

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
How about
Excel Formula:
=ROUND(C3/290,2)
