Need a help on Date and Time related formula...!!!

Hello all,

Please help me on the below situation:

I have the Ticket opened date: 4/29/2011 18:36

I need to add 20 Business hours to the above Date & time.

Business Days : Mon - Fri Business hours : 7:00 AM to 19:00 PM.
