I've had a look on previous posts but cannot find what I'm after, so once again I'm asking for help.

I have a workbook called Report and another called DataFigures. I need to setup a macro on the Report workbook that will:-

  1. Change the value in cell D3 on a sheet called Supplies of the Datafigures file to "Outstanding".
  2. Run a macro in the Datafigures file called "UpdatedFormulas".
  3. Copy the data from the Supplies sheet (cells B3:CD5671) of the DataFigures file and paste into the Report file into a sheet called "PrintOutstanding".
As you can see this is a complicated task and I would therefore appreciate any guidence/help.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Open the two workbooks before trying this:
Code:
Sub testme()
Workbooks("Datafigures").Activate
Workbooks("Datafigures").Sheets( "Supplies").Range("D3") = "Outstanding"
call UpdatedFormulas
Sheets( "Supplies").Range ("B3:CD5671").copy
Workbooks("Report").Activate
Sheets("PrintOutstanding").Range ("B3:CD5671").PasteSpecial xlPasteAll
End Sub
will this do?
