Need formula for problem i have been facing since long time

I want to know formula...If any values from colum A cells is greater the C2*10 and if that cells B column value lika a,b,c is also matching to a then only TRUE or else blank...what formula can we use?Please answer..i have been finding solution for this from 2 years now

Actually i have data of 20000cells in 1 row...i want to find all the values in that if they are greater than specific number like 5*10 or 6*10
