Need formula for problem i have been facing since long time

I want to know formula...If any values from colum A cells is greater the C2*10 and if that cells B column value lika a,b,c is also matching to a then only TRUE or else blank...what formula can we use?Please answer..i have been finding solution for this from 2 years now

I want to find and highlight values from High column which are 10 times greater than low value but both these high and low values should be of same expiry date,same strike price , same option type...and if that criteria meets..then need to add 1 more criteria that high values date should be greater than that low value
