need formula to count number of open trades at once

Explanation: trade #2 got open before trade #1 ended so 2 trades open at once,
trade #2 ended before trade #3 Entry Date so 2 trades open at once at trade #3 (Trade#1 Open,Trade#2 Closed,Trade#3 Open)= At Trade #3 (2 Trades Open At Once)
