Hi I have a list of numbers in Column A. I just need a formula for column B that will take the number in Column A and add '000' in front of the number. Eg. column A is 70317. I want Column B to say 00070317.

Thanks in advance

Try this...

="000"&A2

Copy down as needed.

Note that this makes the new number a TEXT string.
