Need help converting excel file with address to google kml file.

Please help!
i have 45,000 lines in my excel.it has address,state,city, tax amount owed.and the year.

I need the excel converted to kml so i can open it in google earth and view the

icons.I have uploaded the file to transfer big files .com

I get error 6 when i tell it to convert.I am using juice convert file with the macro built in.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
