Hi

I need help to setup a vlookup:

Need to search on a number e.g.34AK, 34AO in sheet 1

Sheet 1
34AK
34AK
34AK
34AO
34AO
34AO

And afterward return the headline that match in sheet 2 columm N

Sheet 2
Columm
M N
34AK BRUTTOKONSOLIDER.
3007 Elim. AKTS.DATI
34AO Legal
3571 Compliance

Try this...

On Sheet1 let's assume your data is in column A starting at cell A2.

Enter this formula in B2 and copy down as needed:

=VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet2!M:N,2,0)
