Need help on Conditional Format to color cells w/fractions

This should be easy, but cant get it to work.

I have data (numbers) in column F and C. I want to divide C by F and if there are any fractions want to highlight the cell with fractions.

I got the MOD formula to work to give me TRUE and FALSE, but not sure how to apply this to a conditional format.

=MOD((C3/F3),1)>0

BTW - Excel 2007

This should work as a CF formula

=MOD(C3/F3,1)>0

Found out why it isnt working.

The data in F - is not a number
=isnumber(F2) and get results of False.

This information is populated from another program. Is there anyway to convert to a number in a formula or format?

Try selecting the values in column F, Data > Text to Columns, then click Finish.
