Hi Guys,
i am looking for a formula that will help me do a bid-ask spread, the trick is that each bid must be subtracted by the latest ask above, and i have 4000 rows so its impossible manually. how can i do it? please help :(

01 ASK 14
02 ASK 22
03 BID 31
04 BID 11
05 BID 14
06 ASK 22
07 ASK 11
08 BID 11
09 AsK 41
10 BID 23
11 BID 31

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
just to let you know, what i have on my mind is to make an IF(find bid) then Vlookup and check for the last ask, but couldn't do it correctly

Maybe you could post an example of before and after showing what result you expect to get from the data ??
What you have posted so far gives very little information !!!
