Need help with Copy and paste formula...

I have =B2&""&O7&""&B16&""&B3 located in cell B14. As you can see, its using data from other cell's to build the word. Now, I wanted to create a macro that would copy the 'word' in that cell, and paste it some where else. But, doing a simple copy and paste of that cell just copies the formula. Thus, leaving me with a nasty #REF!

How could I copy the word correctly? Could I have a list box = B2&""&O7&""&B16&""&B3, then a [B14] = ListBox.Value in my macro?
