need help with date by week function

I would like to do a formula for date against each week as under.

week no. Date of last day of week

Thanks for the reply.

I want to enter a week number in the report and the next cell should automatically show the date (of the last day of that week).
I have week numbers but no dates to correspond.
for instance;

week ----- result
13 -----29 Mar 2009
14 -----05 Apr 2009


I hope it make sense now.
