Need help with formula to increment numbers

I have a spreadsheet which in Column A I need to end up with 5 numbers of the same value then on the 6th row, increment by one for 5 rows then encrement by one and so on.

Would like to build the formula in col B then copy/paste special/value back into A when done. This is probably simple but have not been able to do it myself.

Range	Formula
B1	=INT((ROW(A1)-1)/5)+1
