Billing Billing Billing Billing Unit Pre Post
#1 #2 #3 #4

4 3 2 1 5 =bill* =sum(Bill
Unit 1-3) * Unit

Ok I have the cells set up above and this is based on the x above the billing #. So Bill 4 has the x so then pre is going to equal 1 times 5. Then post is going to sum of bill 1, 2 and 3 times the unit.

If you change the x to bill three i want the formula to account for the change and now pre will equal 2*3 and post will equal sum only one and two times the unit.

I used h lookup to the billing based on the x which is =HLOOKUP("x",$A$1:$D$20,4) but i dont know how that i can change the sum so that it will shift with the x and only sum what is before

The example is not aligned

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
