Need help with Macro

I have a workbook with multiple file names in column a

a1 - file-a
a2 - file-b
a3 - file-c
a4 - file-d

etc

All of these files are individual excel workbooks as well. I would like to create a macro that creates a new workbook with a tab named after each file name, and copy and paste all the information from the file sheet 2, a-12 through a-24.

I hoped I phrased this question right please help if you experts can!!
