Need multiple selection in input data to produce output data

Hello,
Need Excel formula for data selection and distribute with some complications.
At input column variableName and variableValue has to be printed next to each other.

Wherever recordExtension and recordSubextension is present, the immediately following recordProperty shall be printed next to them(B4,C4).
If recordproperty and its value is there without preceding recordExtension or recordSubextension, it shall be printed as it is(B8,C8).

Column A is input and B and C are output in attached sampleSheet.

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
