I am looking for some assistance again but a little more complex...
I have the following spreadsheet
What I want to do is when Ratings = "Need Improvement" (Column C - E - G) i want to write the Value of Column A associated to those behaviors in another worksheet in Column A. Then in the new worksheet, i want Column B (next cell) to show a pre-Named Pick list which is the courses listed in A5:A9 called RM_Course_list1.
I want to be able to LOOP this as another set of Behaviors with associated SKill and set of courses continues in same worksheet. The behaviours and course list are not always constant
Not sure how much you might be able to accomplish with all of this, but i thought that you were so much help the last time...
