Need to add time +2 hours

Hi Team,

I would like to add +2 hours if my starting 9:00 AM till 11:00 PM

example
9:00AM
11:00AM
1:00PM

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
how about
=IF(AND(A2>=TIME(9,0,0),A2<=TIME(23,0,0)),A2+TIME(2,0,0),A2)
