need to import more than 65536 rows from text to excel

I have data in a text format (75000 rows column A: column X ). I am not able to capture the entire data into excel as it takes only 65536 rows. I want all the rows that exceed 65536 to be exported to sheet 2. Pls find a solution ASAP as I'm getting quite frustrated.

You will have to read in the file one line at a time, transfer the data cell by cell to Sheet1 and switch to Sheet2 when the linecount exceeds 65536.
