Need to possibly add IF/IFERROR function into existing formula

Hi all,

Can anyone help with the below formula, please? I am doing a sum, but getting a value error. I know which part is messing it up, it’s the “’All Completed jR - Summary'!B55” part. - Because the result in that source cell is a “blank” (“”) - appears like a blank, but isn’t a true blank. The cell just appears to be empty.

=SUM(B73+B55+'All Completed VS - Summary'!B6+'All DNF Runs - Summary'!B6+'All Completed FR - Summary'!B7+'All Completed jR - Summary'!B55+'All Completed nR - Summary'!B7)

The source cell’s formula is:

=IF(COUNTIF('All Completed jR'!C4:C2003,"?*")=0,"",COUNTIF('All Completed jR'!C4:C2003,"?*"))

I think I need to add in some sort of IF / IFERROR, so that if that source formula results is “blank” (“”), then count it as a zero in my new formula. I have tried a number of ways, but can’t get it to work. It keeps giving a value error.
