Need to Pull a number...

Hi board,

I have a folder that contains 4 other folders (2007,2008,2009,2010). In each folder contains workbooks named ABC20070205.xls so the date is in the name of the file. I need ot be able to pull a specifice number from each of these workbooks and store this number from Cell B8 AND the date in a seperate sheet...i have basic understanding of VBA but this is ahead fo me and need help please! thanks
