Need to remove a table

I was feeling froggy last week and decided to format each tab of my workbook as a different table...big mistake. This workbook now takes over 10 minutes to open. I need to know how to reverse this as I do not see any option to remove a table or its formating.

Select the table, click the Table Tools tab, click Convert to Range.
