Need VB-code for excel macro of importing .txt-files

I have a macro that imports a txt file to a worksheet. I names the sheet with the same name that the file imported has.

I wish to add a few things.
1. When the macro is run, create a new sheet and put the imported data on that (rahter than overwriting the current sheet)

2. When the macro is run a msgbox should pop up and prompt for the filename of the file one wishes to import.

3. If a file alreade has been imported a warning before proceeding with that should appear.

Cheers for help! (I need the code as ready as possible as I am no programer.)
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
