Can anyone help me with the following VB code?

I need to copy two ranges from one workbook, then past them into a second workbook. The ranges are ("C13:C85") and ("F13:F81")

Then I need to repeat the process 199 times, adding 90 to the row numbers each time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sam

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Are both the workbooks open?
And why repeat so many times?

Thanks for replying so quickly. Both workbooks will be open. The one workbook is formatted in such a way that there are 200 individual comments sections. I do not own the workbook in which the comments are being pasted, so I can not change the format. The worksheet is not password protected, but the requirement is to leave the format as origionally designed.
Thanks
