Need VBA code to export excel row values to word file

HI i have set of data rows which i need export to word file with images

Data in row from A7 need to export to word one by one after image

In column O:O contains image path with name after export data values image need to upload followed by text,
please find the excel file and expected result
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
