I would appreciate your HELP

I have the following table for which I can use Conditional formatting. But if I copy values into the table I lose the CF. I need a macro that I can run after copying values into the table based on the following criteria:
The cells containing highest 2 values in column A should be colored blue and the lowest 2 - red (lowest value should not include blanks or nulls). Same goes for columns B,D,E.

For column C, if the % is 50% and above then green, if between 50.1% and 45% then blue, if lower than 44.9% then - grey

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
How are you copying the values into the table?

Does the table already have conditional formatting?

Good Questions...
I tried pasting it as value and I did not loose the CF, Thanks. But a Macro would help.
