I would like to create a macro that will allow me to collect information (cell phone data) by a click of a button. Simultaneously I would like to collect another set of data (if they have ever been to a location before). I would like to send both information to Sheet 2. I am using the check box that when they click the check box, a different cell will say True or False.

The cell that they enter their info will not change. It will always be cell C26. The true or false will be in cell E26. I don't know how to continue adduing NEW numbers and the true/false to sheet 2 without constantly removing the prior number. I would like to see a whole list of numbers on sheet2 by the end of the day.

If you could please help, I would greatly appreciate it!

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
So let me see if I get this straight:

1. Type a cell number into cell C26, sheet1
2. Click a checkbox somewhere on sheet 1 (or not), and the cell link cell E26 on sheet1 and value will be true or false.
3. Move data from cells C26 and E26 on sheet 1 to somewhere (???) on sheet2. (You need to clarify where o paste data on sheet 2, its unknown to me)
4. Clear value in Cell C26, sheet1.

Is that correct?

That is correct! Also clear value in E26 Sheet 1.
I would like to paste down the rows. So everytime they click the button, it moves down the row each time with new information. So it will start the paste in A1 then the next time data is put it and macro is ran it will paste in A2.
