Need your help

Hi All,

Below is my data as Table, i just want to look into the table and say, if a particular user is present on particular date i want the result should be "Present" if not leave blank.

(left most data is my table and right data where i need my result , am thinking and thinking of suitable formula for this.)

Since you've been playing with Pivot tables based some of your other post, try this. (Use a copy of your Workbook)
Send that data to a Pivot Table. Like your Table, drop date in Columns and Users into Rows. The Drop on of those fields into the SIGMA VALUES area. Should give you Count of....
Go to that items Value Field Settings, and go to the Number Format.
Select Custom and use the following: "Present";""
