I need some help adding up hours worked when say in Cell B5 there is a start time of 10:30PM and in Cell D5 a stop time of 12:30AM. How can I add these 2 values together to get 2 hours worked?

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
It seems to work, but when I add in this If statement it will not work anymore.

=IF((D5="",""),MOD(D5-B5,1))
