Nested formula for between numbers

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to write a formula that basically says if A1 is between 770-790 then 30, if between 769-751 then 40, if less than 750 then 50 anything greater than 790 than 0.

I am using office 365 i cant load up a sample sheet as i am having difficulties however i was hoping it was easier with it just being 1 cell of data.
