Hello,
I am having a heck of a time getting an IF AND function to work.

basically, for an entire column starting in cell D5, I want the column next to it in E5 to tell me this:

IF D5>1000000, 1000000
IF D5<50000, 50000
IF D5>50000, D5<1000000, D5

I've been trying to get these to go together for a while now with no luck. I'm sure its a simple fix, but can someone please point me in the right direction?
Thanks for your help.
