Nested If's

I would like to put the below formula in a spreadsheet however there are too many if's.

="CLAIMS REPORTED IN " & if(B19=12,"December",if(b19=11,"November",if(b19=10,"October",if(b19=9,"September",if(b19=8,"August",if(b19=7,"July",if(b19=6,"June",if(b19=5,"May",if(b19=4,"April",if(b19=3,"March",if(b19=2,"February",if(b19=1,"January",""))))))))))))

I can only get this:

="CLAIMS REPORTED IN "&IF(B19=12,"December",IF(B19=11,"November",IF(B19=10,"October",IF(B19=9,"September",IF(B19=8,"August",IF(B19=7,"July",IF(B19=6,"June",IF(B19=5,"May"))))))))

Is there a work around to get more if's so I can have the first formula work?
