Networkdays help

Hello, as you can see cell C1 has -188 days, Am i guessing networkdays formula does not like something somewere?

I need to calculate the number of weekdays between cells A & B, can anyone advise why I have gone wrong?

You have B1 and A1 the wrong way round.

NETWORKDAYS(Start,End)
