Hi, I am trying to calculate working days between two diff dates and I am using =networkdays(C13,D13), but getting a #NAME?, can someone please help?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
If you are using Excel 2003 or earlier you need to install the Analysis Toolpak from Tools > add-ins.

Thanks, it worked.

If you can help me in one more question, it will be great!

I am trying to capture the exact amount of time my resource is spending on completing a task, a task might run into days as well. So I want to capture it as 1 day 7 hrs types.

For now I am capturing the date and time as 05/08/2011 22:51:00 in cell A1 and 06/08/2011 23:50:00 in cell B1 and manually calculating the difference of both the cells. Is there a way we can get this automated by a formula or a simple macro?

Thanks for your help in advance.
