New Row with formulas after every last duplicate in selected column

Hey everyone

I am working on a huge Entity in excel.
I have to enter a row after every last duplicate in column and insert formula in this row:
Every column except 16: UNIQUE
Column 16: ConcatenateUnique (macro, found somewhere over the net).

I found a macro here to enter a clear row after finding every last duplicate in specified column, but it seems an Author is no longer using the forum:

insert a blank row after each group of duplicate entries

Help needed! After sorting my data, column B shows a lot of duplicate entries. I want to write a macro that will, insert a blank row after each group of duplicate entries, this will enable me to see them more easily. I want this process to find the last active row in the worksheet then start.
