A---B---C---D
1 Cat Yes Brown
1 Dog Yes Red
2 Cow No Green
2 Pig Yes Green
3 Rat No Brown

1 --- 2 --- 3 --- 4
Cat Cow Rat
Dog Pig

I need to copy all data with a "1" in column A onto a new sheet.
Matching the data in a new column with those on the right table.
So all critera from A with a "1" will be under the #1 column in second table.

I tried VLOOKUP,MATCH,INDEX non got me the data or my function was wrong.

Thanx Contare

What if you just sorted your list based on the number, and then manually copied them over? Or you could write a macro to copy them over for you.

Good Luck

I import the table and sort in the first table on a daily basis. I'm looking to cut time by allowing the computer to do it faster.

the software should make it simple. I just need alittle help. Thans for your comments.
