Newbie question--chg slashes in date format to dashes

I want to format page header date as mm-dd-yyyy and not the default date format of mm/dd/yyyy in my right-hand side page header box. Want dashes not slashes. See attached image of what I have right now. Thanks

I believe that is also referring to worksheet cells, not the page layout header.

Have you studied the link in post #2? That details the steps required using vba code in the BeforePrint event.
