Next Best Customer

Hi all,

I have the following in col A:B


Customer Invoice Qty
Alan 800
Brenda 3000
Charley 900
Dennis 1500
Elaine 1100

Our best customer is Brenda with an invoice qty of 3,000. How can I say that our next best customer is Dennis because his invoice qty is >=50% of Brenda?
