Next / Previous Button Code

Hi,
I have a database & userform im making but now stuck again.
On my userform i can click a button and the first record is imported from the database into the form.
I would now like to browse my other files hence record 3,4,5 etc with the use of Next / Previous buttons.
Can you advise a code for the Next / Previous files.

I have used an amended version of this code to control my userform. However all of the objects in the form are text boxes, and I wanted to include option buttons and checkboxes in my form too. Could anybody help me amend this code if I wanted to include 3 option buttons (e.g. opt1, opt2, opt3) feeding into column P (after txtPaid) and a checkbox (Chk1) feeding into column Q?

I could just use textboxes instead, but I'd really like to try to get the option buttons and checkboxes working if I could. Any help would be really appreciated.
